Stress talk tomorrow

Everyone knows something about stress.In fact, most people in America share the common experience of the hurried, hectic pace of our modern lifestyles.

There are a number of things that can be done to help reduce stress and prevent injuries.Reducing imbalances of the spine and tension in the muscles help to restore health.

Practical ways to modify your life style to reduce stress will also be discussed at the next Community Service Health Talk tomorrow at 3 p.m. at the Heritage of Peachtree Retirement and Assisted Living Center, 1967 Ga. Highway 54 West in Fayetteville.Dr. Marilyn L. Durden of Durden Chiropractic Clinic will lead the discussion and Charlie Wooters, a licensed massage therapist, will be present to answer questions and perform massage therapy sessions.
