Jonathan Bordley's career in the Navy is paying off big-time for his new company in Peachtree City. Bordley owns and operates Advanced Audio/Video out of his home in Peachtree City and offers solutions in audio and video equipment for residents who want to customize their home theater and electronic equipment. Bordley worked for years with electrical and communication products in the Navy and discovered when he moved to Peachtree City in February that there was not a dealer and service provider for complete technical systems in the home. "We're starting to tap this market by offering a superior level of customer service," he said. The Peachtree City entrepreneur offers audio and video solutions in all price ranges from $1,000 to $100,000. He can equip your home with a home theater and also tie in security systems, telephone and Internet service. Bordley believes the key to his business booming is paying attention to the customer. "I don't try and pigeonhole customers. I always ask them how much they want to spend and work within their budget," he said. Bordley, along with one other employee, supervises all the jobs and make sure the homeowner is comfortable with the system before they leave the premises. "This is lifestyle enhancement for the customer and we want to make it as easy as possible," he added. When installing a job, Bordley makes sure the equipment matches the room, and will offer the best sound and picture for the room's environment. Since starting his company in February, Bordley has been amazed at how quickly word has spread about his business. "We try and make it easy by offering the best prices and best service," he said.
