How about the lane

If everyone drove in the right lane so as not to block the speeders, then in effect, we would only have one lane to carry most of the traffic. I don't see anything wrong with two cars side by side at, say, 65-70 mph. Swapping back and forth to gain a car length or two, especially on the interstate, is far more dangerous than using all lanes. I don't know how many times that I have witnessed an impatient driver change lanes dangerously maybe 10 times in five miles only to end up at the same light I do later. It all comes from the same problem we have with many other things: Selfishness along with some ignorance. D. Jones Peachtree City, Ga.
