Spikes honored for his dedication Piccadilly Cafeterias recognized one of their own in celebrating the 20th anniversary of Johnny Spikes, chef at the Fayetteville location. Spikes originally joined the Piccadilly family June 11, 1983. "Reaching a 20th anniversary is a special accomplishment," said general manager Frank Poss. "Johnny has always been a loyal employee and never misses work. Basically, he is the perfect chef and employee." Spikes attributes his longevity with the company to the positive working environment within the Piccadilly family. Beginning his career at Piccadilly as cook at the Greenbriar Mall location, he soon moved up the ranks to chef. "The anniversary means a great deal to me. Piccadilly is great place to work and I've had the chance to work with many good people," said Spikes. "I pride myself on making sure that all my food looks and tastes good every time.
