TeamBuilders programs now at Wyndham TeamBuilders, a Tampa Bay-based performance development company that works with companies and organizations throughout the U.S. as well as in Europe and elsewhere, announced a partnership agreement with Wyndham Peachtree Hotel & Conference Center in Peachtree City, one of the South's premier conference centers. Under the agreement, TeamBuilders will offer its widely-respected menu of customized leadership, team and organizational development programs to the Greater Atlanta area. Wyndham Peachtree Hotel & Conference Center is located on 19 wooded acres just 30 minutes from Atlanta. "Wyndham Peachtree's location and state-of-the-art facility offer the perfect setting for TeamBuilders' programs," said Colette Peterson, director of marketing for TeamBuilders. Those programs, more than 100 in all, can be focused for groups of virtually any size, and feature intellectual and interactive challenges as well as assessment tools and action planning sessions. The result: More fully developed potential and, ultimately, more effective teams. Marilyn Yelle, Wyndham Peachtree's director of sales, said the TeamBuilders programs will add significant value to Wyndham Peachtree's conference and corporate gatherings. "This new partnership with TeamBuilders complements the award-winning services and amenities the Wyndham Peachtree is known for," said Marilyn Yelle, director of sales for the hotel. "Having an enhanced performance development company of TeamBuidler's caliber on-site will allow us to more effectively satisfy both meeting planners' and attendees' needs for a full-service convention services team offering the most advanced technology and most up-to-date programming available to the meetings industry." TeamBuilders programs can be customized for any group depending on budget, agenda, size and desired outcomes, and can range in length from two hours to three days. One, "Mission Possible," is modeled after real business and team situations. It challenges groups to work through such issues as problem solving, communication and the management of change, and holds participants accountable for behavior, actions and decisions. It may include such activities as horseback riding, jet skiing, mountain biking, or even rappelling.
