Moody-Nuttall
Larry and Cindy Moody of Fayetteville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Ashley Moody, to John Nuttall, son of John and Marsha Nuttall of Marietta.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Robert and Patsy Crowe of East Point, and Mary Moody of Jonesboro and the late Everett Moody. She attended Fayette County High School and is presently obtaining a criminal justice degree from Kennesaw State University.
The future groom is the grandson of Gloria Shaw of Canton, Ill. and the late Joe Shaw, and the late Robert and Jean Nuttall of Dunfermline, Ill. He was graduated from Lassiter High School in 1997 and currently is attending Kennesaw State University. He is the president of Southern Core & Transmission, Inc.
The wedding will be Aug. 2, 2003, at the Biltmore. Following a honeymoon, the couple will reside in Kennesaw.
Ogle-Painter
Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Ogle of Riverdale announce the engagement of their daughter, Annette Christina Ogle, to Charles Alfred Painter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hurstle Watson of Jacksboro, Tenn.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edgar L. Ogle of Hapeville, and Mrs. Betty L. James and the late William L. James of Norfolk, Va. She is a 1997 graduate of Riverdale High School and a 2002 graduate of Georgia State University, with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. She is employed as the wellness director at Azalea Estates Assisted Living and Retirement Community of Fayetteville.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Hollifield of Jacksboro, Tenn. He is a 1995 graduate of Riverdale High School and currently is employed by the Ford Motor Company in Hapeville.
The wedding will be in the fall of 2003 at Riverdale Christian Church, with Pastor Michael
W. Hunter officiating.
Aycock-Barnes
Mr. and Mrs. David Aycock of Tyrone announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Christine Michelle Aycock, to Daniel Clint Barnes, son of Roger Barnes of Lawrenceville and Mrs. Dianne Eure of Ooltewah, Tenn.
The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Sandy Creek High School and will complete her requirement for a B.S. in nursing from North Georgia College and State University in August, 2003. She currently is employed as a registered nurse in the emergency room at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
The groom-elect is a 2000 graduate of Berkmar High School and will complete his requirements for a B.S. in physical education from North Georgia College and State University in May, 2005. He currently is employed by the U.S. Army.
The wedding will be Aug. 2, 2003, at Flat Creek Baptist Church in Fayetteville.
Following a honeymoon in Destin, Fla., the couple will reside in Dahlonega.
Cote-Tuttle
Mr. and Mrs. Donald Cote Sr. of Senoia announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Marie, to Jason Charles Tuttle, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Tuttle of Sharpsburg.
The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Clayton College and State University with a bachelor of business administration degree. She currently is employed as a senior customer service agent for Verizon Wireless in Alpharetta.
The prospective groom is a 2000 graduate of the State University of West Georgia where he earned a bachelor of science in education with a major in health and physical education K-12. He currently is employed at Cleveland Elementary School in Fayetteville.
The wedding will be Sept. 20, 2003, at 2 p.m., at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City.
After a honeymoon in Las Vegas, the couple will reside in Peachtree City.
Muller-Rylands
Larry and Jenny Muller of Fayetteville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Traci Louise Muller, to Christopher John Rylands, son of Dr. Craig and Sue Rylands of Knoxville, Tenn.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Ferd Courtney of Kettering, Ohio, and the late Louise Courtney, and Mrs. Wanda Muller of Beavercreek, Ohio, and the late Carroll Muller. She is a graduate of Fayette County High School and the University of Georgia, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in journalism and a master of arts degree in English literature. She currently is employed as an editor by the Southern Regional Education Board. She also is a freelance writer for Museum Store magazine.
The future groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. John and Florence Rylands of Berwyn, Ill., and Mrs. Jean Wheeler of Roselle, Ill., and the late Stanley Wheeler. He is a graduate of Oglethorpe University, where he received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology. He currently attends Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, Tenn.
The wedding will be Aug. 16, 2003, at First Baptist Church of Fayetteville.
Following a vacation in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., the couple will reside in Nashville.
Mathis-Frazier
Mike and Judy Mathis of Albany announce the engagement of their daughter, Kara Mathis, to Kirk Frazier of Americus, son of Mel Frazier of Newnan and Glen and Glynda Thor of Powder Springs.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Joel and Christine Mathis of Jacksonville, Fla., and the late Early and Jackie Rogers of Sasser. She is a 1997 graduate of Lee County High School in Leesburg and a 2001 graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology. She is a member of Kappa Delta sorority. She currently is employed as a special education teacher for the Dougherty County School system.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Cary and Tommie Frazier of Rome and Hansel and Betty Jane Stripling of Manchester. He is a 1996 graduate of McEachern High School in Powder Springs and a 2002 graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science. He currently is employed as a sales representative for Illumination Systems of Denver, Colo.
The wedding will be Saturday, July 26, 2003, at 11:30 a.m., at Byne Memorial Baptist Church in Albany, followed by a reception at the Grand Island Club.
The couple will reside in Denver.
Harberts-Melton
Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Harberts of Waterloo, Iowa, announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah LeeAnn Harberts, to Michael James Melton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Melton of Peachtree City.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Gaylen and the late Rosalyn Roberts of Waterloo, Iowa, and the late Arthur and Bertha Kokot of Swan River, Manitoba, Canada. A 1997 graduate of Walnut Ridge Baptist Academy, she received an associates degree in medical administration from Hawkeye College. She currently is employed by Professional Insurance Planners and Consultants, a brokerage for Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Salas of Pueblo, Colo., and the late James and Marilda Melton of Spencer, Tenn. He is a 1999 graduate of McIntosh High School and a 2002 graduate of Full Sail, where he earned an associate of science degree in recording arts. He currently is employed by Convergent Audio Visual Solutions in Kennesaw, and owner of Outer Edge Productions.
The wedding will be Aug. 9, 2003, at First Presbyterian Church in Cedar Falls, Iowa, with Pastor David Burgess of Jonesboro, Ark., officiating.
After a honeymoon in St. Lucia, the couple will reside in Kennesaw.
