Picture this: you're lying down on a blanket, underneath the stars with that special someone. What could make this moment any better? How about some of the most popular love songs and ballads ever? If that sounds good to you, you'll want to pick up some tickets to this weekend's Air Supply concert at the Villages Amphitheater in Fayetteville.

Air Supply is the duo famous for the songs "All Out of Love," "Every Woman in the World," "Even The Nights Are Better," and "Here I Am." Between the years of 1980 and 1982, Air Supply released seven top five singles.

The group formed in 1975 when Russell Hitchcock met Graham Russell during a production of Jesus Christ Superstar. Their career started in Australia with the albums "Love and Other Bruises" and "The Whole Thing Started." The group's popularity grew as they toured the world opening for people like Rod Stewart. In 1980, Air Supply released their first American release, "All Out of Love." The title track and "Every Woman in the World" were huge hits and Air Supply ruled the radio for the next few years.

Though their supporting musicians have changed numerous times during a career that has spanned four decades, Russell's songwriting ability and Hitchcock's amazing vocal range has kept Air Supply on the road, thrilling audiences around the globe. Before coming to Fayetteville, Air Supply is coming from a stop in Florida. In several weeks, the group will head to Las Vegas for a number of shows.
