Bike race tomorrow The Mayor's 2nd Annual Bicycle Event is tomorrow in Union City. The race begins at 9 a.m. with circuit races at Shannon Mall and time trials on South Fulton Parkway. On Sunday, road races take over the city. The races start and begin at City Hall on Union Street. Last year, the event drew 350 to the city. The purpose of the event is to identify Union City as a hosting site for future events and to promote commerce.
