Re: Waterfall at Lutheran Church.

It's been a long, long time since I wrote a letter to the editor; perhaps I've become apathetic in my old age. But when an individual decides to point a finger at my church, the gloves come off!

First of all let me state for the record I do not attend our church council meetings and cannot speak as to how the decision was made to enhance our signage; however, having been a member of this church for over 25 years, I know we do not do anything without every member having the opportunity to hear facts and speak their opinions.

Should the author of the letter deriding our waterfall investigate a little further she will find that Christ Our Shepherd not only supports Fayette Samaritans, we offer financial, spiritual and physical support to several entities not only in Peachtree City but Atlanta and anywhere help is needed.

So, go ahead and pick on our city government but don't mess with a church that has been and will continue to be a bedrock of this community.

Sheesh!
