Religion Briefs First Presbyterian in PTC to have blood drive The First Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City will have a blood drive Sunday, June 8, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in the Adult Education Room of the church, 205 Willowbend Rd. The drive is sponsored by LifeSouth Community Blood Centers, Greater Atlanta Region. Donors must be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 103 pounds, and show a valid photo I.D. Coweta's Faith Lutheran plans mission festival Members of Faith Lutheran Church will host a mission festival on June 8 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church on Ga. Hwy. 34. Providence to hold infant/child CPR classes Providence United Methodist Church will hold two four-hour classes in infant and child CPR on two consecutive Wednesdays, July 2 and July 9, from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The cost is $15 per person and space is limited. Heritage men plan deep sea fishing trip The men at Heritage Christian Church on Redwine Road are planning a trip to Destin, Fla. next month for a six-hour deep sea fishing outing on the Destin Princess. The group will leave Fayetteville July 25 and return the following afternoon, arriving back in Fayetteville about 7 p.m. The trip is open to all men in the church age 16 or older.
