Inman UMC youth plan mission trip to St. Mary's June 25 The youth group at Inman United Methodist Church has scheduled a mission trip to St. Mary's, Ga. in conjunction with the River of Life event of the North Georgia United Methodist Conference. The group will leave Wednesday, June 25, and return to Inman Wednesday, July 1. The final two days will be spent enjoying sights and activities in the Golden Isles and Jacksonville areas. While in St. Mary's, members of the youth team will work with other churches in the St. Mary's area to minister to the poor and elderly through painting or building wheelchair ramps and porches, cleaning yards, and other tasks. Donations are welcomed to help defray costs of the trip. Inman UMC, one of the older congregations in Fayette county, is at 151 Hills Bridge Rd., Inman.
