Coweta Countian says he resents drug dealer label

I just read the John Dillahunt letter taking exception to the fact that his community is taking a bad rap for being something less than it is.

His statement referencing drug dealers coming in from Coweta County offends many who live in Coweta, just as he takes offense to his community getting labeled in a negative sense.

I'm sure he has reason to make the statement but is it logical to think drugs in his community only come through Coweta? To quote Mr. Dillahunt, "The biggest problem with Wynnmeade is the attitudes of people who don't live here, those that 'heard this or heard that' about our subdivision."

I think he should follow his own advice in regards to judging other communities. Coweta County is a beautiful place to live and while it may have its share of problems, it still has many good people who have exceptional integrity and high morals.

Don't just assume criminal activity begins at the Coweta County line.
