Peachtree City UMC opens kindergarten enrollment for Sept. Children are needed to fill up the new fall kindergarten class at Peachtree City United Methodist Church Preschool/Kindergarten. The kindergarten class will meet half-days, Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Children must be five years old by Sept. 1, 2003. The goal is to prepare children to enter first grade in Georgia. Fayette County's curriculum for kindergarten students will be followed with an additional Christian emphasis. The class will have 16 children, a teacher, and a teacher's assistant. Tuition and a small yearly book fee will be charged. The Peachtree City United Methodist Church Preschool/Kindergarten meets at the Windgate Road campus, at the intersection of Peachtree Pkwy. and Windgate Rd.
