Fayette will celebrate National Day of Prayer with several events

Members of the Fayette community will observe the National Day of Prayer tomorrow with three major events planned for the day.

At 7 a.m., a youth rally is planned at the Fayetteville Gazebo across from the courthouse.

From 8-9:15 a.m., a prayer breakfast for elected officials and church leaders will be held at Grace Evangelical church on Flat Creek Trail. Reservations are required for the breakfast; call 770-487-0791.

That evening, a community-wide prayer gathering will be held from 6:45-8 p.m. at Grace Evangelical Church, 164 Flat Creek Trail, between Ga. Hwy. 54 and Tyrone Rd.

All members of the community are invited and encouraged to attend the events.
