McIntosh band host yard sale April 26 The McIntosh High School Marching Band is sponsoring its first annual yard sale Saturday, April 26, in the school parking lot. This is a rain or shine event, beginning at 8 a.m. with the last sales taking place at 2 p.m. Proceeds will be used to paint the recently acquired band trailer and reduce Marching Band fees for the 2003-2004 season. Morning coffee and baked goods will be for sale, sponsored by the color guard. Soft drinks, water and popcorn sales are sponsored by the drum line. There will also be a nature and craft table. Color guard demos and band performances are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. For more information, call Sue Cortese at 770-631-4677.
