Construction delays on Lower Fayetteville Road Construction on Lower Fayetteville Road will be continuing for at least the next two weeks and traffic delays are to be expected as traffic lanes are closed while the work progresses. Crews are currently deep-patching trouble spots on that roadway. In order for those traveling Lower Fayetteville Road to get a heads up on the general area of work each day, the Coweta County Web site has placed a Lower Fayetteville Update on its home page which will be updated at the end of each work day with information on the expected work area for the following day.
