Performance camp in Fayetteville

A sports performance camp is coming to Fayetteville Intermediate School in April and May.

NSCA-certified coach Dereck Allen will train boys and girls ages 10-18 over a five-week period beginning April 15. Sessions will take place Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7:30 p.m. through May 15.

The goal of the camp is to help athletes learn to run faster and play harder, through techniques in strength and form, conditioning, and speed and agility.

The cost for all 10 sessions is $150 per child. Registration is Saturday, April 5. For more information, call 770-819-6885.
