Prosecute horse starver

Subject: Starved horses.

I live in this area and have horses of my own. I was very upset to hear about this, but glad to know the horses are now safe and on the road to recovery. Please keep us informed as to their progress. I hope this person is prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
