McDonough Road Baptist Church invites students to Disciple Now Students from all over the south metro area are invited to participate in Disciple Now, an annual event at McDonough Road Baptist Church which draws youth together for a weekend of teaching, worship, developing relationships and fun. This year's event is planned for the weekend of March 7-9. Students will be involved in large group worship and Bible study, supplemented by small group time in church homes. Groups are divided by gender and grade. Other activities include a concert, recreation and meals. "This is a great way for our adults and families to get involved with our youth group for a weekend," a spokesperson said. "This weekend will be power-packed with great teaching and worship, great relationships and lots and lots of fun." Those interested may sign up now. The cost for McDonough Road members is $35 per person before Feb. 16, and $45 after Feb. 16. Nonmembers pay $35 for the entire sign-up period, which ends March 2.
