Deli Delicious gets amphitheater gig Deli Delicious, Inc, a locally family owned and operated restaurant located at 584 Crosstown drive in the Braelinn Village shopping center was recently awarded the 2003 contract for the concessions services for the Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater. Deli Delicious will supply all food and beverage services to be served during the regular concert series conducted every season at the amphitheater. Owner and president Lorraine Stasko explained that she will be featuring many of the favorite items that are served at her regular store as well as special items designed for amphitheater patrons. This would include both regular and grilled sandwiches, hot dogs, snack items as well as specials that will be featured each evening. Lorraine also stated that she will be catering to table patrons with special package offers. All items will be prepared fresh as in her regular restaunt and be priced reasonably. She also commented that she is pleased to have been awarded the contract as a relatively new business and is looking forward to serving a broader range of customers. Deli Delicious regular store location is in the Braelinn Village Shopping Center and serves its customers six days a week. The restaurant features subs, sandwiches, Italian specialties, grilled sandwiches, salad plates, homemade soups, and distinguishes itself with personal service, fresh and homemade products, and a clean wholesome environment. It also features daily "Blue Plate Lunches" which have become a signature specialty. The deli also does catering for all occasions.
