Several
teams eliminated from region tournaments
Though
the region 4-AAAAA basketball games were played at Starr's Mill High
School, virtually in the backyards of the three Fayette schools in 4-AAAAA,
the home court was not friendly to the local teams. Fayette County,
Starr's Mill and McIntosh's girls teams were eliminated on Tuesday night,
ending their seasons.
13-16
Year Old Baseball Registration Extended
February 22 is the
deadline for registering 13-16 year old baseball players for the spring
Peachtree City Little League Junior and Senior programs. While many
of the area baseball programs do not offer baseball to players over
the age of 14, Peachtree City Little League has a place for you.
