SPRY group will meet Tuesday at First Presbyterian

The Senior Presbyterians Remaining Young (SPRY) group at the First Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City will have a covered dish luncheon Tuesday, Feb. 4, at 11:30 a.m. No special program is planned but those attending are asked to bring a covered dish and their favorite jokes and stories to share. Harp's Crossing men plan breakfast

Inman UMC offers new Bible study

Mary Rice Hopkins to perform here March 2

Christ's Church at Whitewater will present Mary Rice Hopkins and company in concert Sunday, March 2, at 5 p.m. Hopkins is a nationally known musician specializing in children's entertainment. She has produced 16 CDs, including "Sing through the Bible," "If I Knew How to Moo," and "Juggling Mom." Three of her songs have been illustrated and published by Crossway Books. Providence plans Valentine dinner-dance Feb. 7

Members of Providence United Methodist Church will have their annual Valentine dinner-dance Friday, Feb. 7. The event will feature dinner, dancing and door prizes.
