We are one week away from Christmas 2002. People all over the world are putting the final touches on decorations, finalizing holiday plans and wrapping up their Christmas shopping and baking.

But the question remains: What to do with any downtime that you may have? Well, there are still several Christmas activities to attend before the holiday.

The Southland Chorus of the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America will present a Christmas show at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church tomorrow at 7 p.m. The Braelinn Elementary School Choir will also perform that evening. Admission is free but receptacles for donations will be placed at the doors. The monies will go to the charities supported by the chorus.

For those wishing to attend a show dedicated to the true menaing of the holiay, "In the Fullness of Time," a free Christmas musical, will be presented at the Clayton County Performing Arts Center. The show will begin at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Phone 770-603-1099 or visit www.inthefullnessoftime.com for tickets.

Adults looking for the Christmas party experience without offic politics can attend "A Jazzee Christmas" featuring the PHd Jazz Band. The event will take place on Saturday from 8 p.m.-midnight at The Warehouze, 5600 Mason Rd., College Park. Admission is $15 per person and includes a buffet. This is a semi-formal affair.
