Local actors will present 'In the Fullness of Time'Dec. 20-22

A community Christmas musical, "In the Fullness of Time," will be presented at the Clayton County Performing Arts Center Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 20, 21 and 22. The play is written, directed and choreographed by Clayton County native, Melly Meadows, and performed by a cast of hundreds. Admission is free.

Friday's performance is at 8 p.m., Saturday's performances are at 2:30 and 8 p.m., and Sunday's performance is at 2:30 p.m.

The play tells the Christmas story from a new perspective, that of Mary's mother telling her good-bye as she leaves home to marry Joseph.

"This is an extraordinary community musical with flying angels, computerized moving lights, ballerinas, a ten-foot angel stand and special effects that will make you think you are right on Broadway," a spokesperson said.

The play is a production of Bridgeover, a nonprofit organization designed to "give people a hand, rather than a hand out." Sponsors include many local businesses.

For free tickets, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Tickets, P.O. Box 843, Morrow, GA 30260, or call 770-603-1099.
