GWF wreaths on sale through Nov. 29 The Georgia Wildlife Federation nnounces that it is selling balsam fir wreaths as a fundraiser this holiday season. You may order via phone, fax or online through Nov. 29. The money raised from the sale of the wreaths will be used to fund GWF's environmental education programs. The Georgia Wildlife Federation is the state's oldest and largest conservation organization and is affiliated with the National Wildlife Federation. Founded in 1936 by sportsmen and women, GWF leads the fight to protect Georgia's wildlife and to conserve our valuable resources. The Georgia Wildlife Holiday Wreath is handcrafted in the Straits of Mackinac region of Northern Michigan from fresh cut fragrant balsam boughs. This naturally beautiful holiday wreath has a rich dark green color and a deep long lasting fragrance. The wreath measures 22 inches in diameter and is ideal for front door display.
