Christian Women's Club hosts Fall Festival By CAROLYN CARY ccary@TheCitizenNews.com The Christian Women's Club has scheduled its annual Fall Festival luncheon for Thursday, Nov. 21, at The Links Golf Club on Hewell Road near the Fayette-Clayton county line. The organization includes members from Fayetteville, Peachtree City and Jonesboro. The meeting is from 113:30 a.m. until 1:15 p.m. and complimentary child care is provided as needed with your reservation. A silent auction will be held, and cakes, cookies, jams and other home-baked items will also be for sale. An original painting by Fayetteville's Margaret Grainger will be auctioned off.
