PTC Library did great job on Hispanic festival Kudos to the staff of the Peachtree City Library for having organized a fun-filled event celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month on Oct. 12. The lovely arts and crafts displayed, the colorful costumes people wore, the folklore dances, the Latin music concert, and last but not least, the delicious food that was served all free of charge, made this festivity a family must. I believe that about 800 people attended, so I know how much effort the library staff, especially Mary Haas and Nancy Jurkenko, put into this awesome celebration. If the fiesta was this good this year, I can't wait till next year! My only question to them is, "How did you manage to provide such perfect weather after a week full of rain and thunderstorms?"
