Meeting on new school Community members are invited to an information meeting on Tuesday, October 29 to learn about features of a new elementary school being built in East Point near the intersection of Connally Drive and Headland Terrace. The school will provide overcrowding relief to nearby Oak Knoll, Conley Hills, and Parklane elementary schools. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. at Paul D. West Middle School, located at 2376 Headland Drive in East Point. The public is invited to hear presentations from school system officials about the construction and design process, special school features, transportation issues, and new attendance zones.
