Senior Center hosts ball The Dorothy C. Benson Senior Multipurpose Complex in Sandy Springs will host its third annual anniversary ball, 7 p.m.-10 p.m., tonight. The semi-formal event will feature the music of the "Harry Pratt Duo," with dancing and refreshments. Tickets are $15 per person and $25 for two, and can be purchased in advance or at the door. Proceeds benefit The Friends of Benson, Inc. For more information, call 404-705-4900. The Benson Senior Complex, located at 6500 Vernon Woods Drive, is a non-residential facility that opened October 25, 1999. It provides therapeutic and interactive services that enrich the minds, bodies and spirits of Sandy Springs and North Fulton County seniors age 55 and older. Operated by the Fulton County Human Services Department's Office of Aging, the complex includes a full-featured multipurpose facility, neighborhood center and adult day care center.
