Superior Court

The following is a listing of people who recently pled guilty to assorted crimes in Fayette County Superior Court during the September term of criminal court. The sentences were handed down by Superior Court Judges Ben J. Miller Jr. and Christopher C. Edwards:

Roderick Marquise Penson, for making terroristic threats and simple battery. Sentenced to six years probation and a $2,500 fine.

Richard Rutherford, for deposit account fraud. Sentenced to three years probation, a $1,500 fine and $2,700 restitution.

Joe Bedingfield, for theft by taking. Sentenced to five years probation, 60 days to serve at a diversion center and a $1,500 fine.

Christopher Charles Benson, for reckless conduct. Sentenced to 12 months probation, a $500 fine, $200 restitution and must complete an anger management course.

Greg Allen Bolin, for aggravated assault, cruelty to children in the second degree, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, simple battery and DUI. Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation, a $3,000 fine.

Justin Bradley Brown, for disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 12 months probation, a $500 fine and $200 restitution.

Barbara Louise Csicsila, for two counts of obstruction of a law enforcement officer and one count of simple assault. Sentenced to five years probation and a $1,500 fine.

Jerry Lester Dillard, for disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine.

David Noal Henderson, for incest and aggravated sexual battery. Sentenced to 10 years in prison followed by five years probation.

Peter Richard Hesse, for theft by taking (misdemeanor). Sentenced under the first offender act to 12 months probation, 30 days in an electronic monitoring program and $135 restitution.

Jose Javier Contreras Horta, for trafficking in methamphetamine. Sentenced to 10 years in prison and a $200,000 fine.

Weneslow Hose, for theft by receiving stolen property and concealing the identity of a vehicle. Sentenced to five years probation and a $1,500 fine.

Derrell Dean Hudgins, for misdemeanor obstruction of a law enforcement officer and battery. Sentenced to 12 months probation and a $1,000 fine.

Garvey Imhotep, for theft by taking. Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation, a $500 fine and $500 restitution.

Johnny Lee Layhew, for making terroristic threats and theft by receiving stolen property. Sentenced to five years probation and a $1,500 fine.

James Anthony Olliverre, for theft by conversion. Sentenced to two years in prison.

Michael Frank Izzo, for aggravated stalking and theft by receiving stolen property. Sentenced to three years in prison and revocation of probation status.

Larry Jenkins for theft by receiving stolen property, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation, a $2,500 fine, $1,000 restitution, and completion of the intensive probation program.

Joseph Robert Osler, for misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Sentenced to 12 months probation and a $650 fine.

Lynell Cheire Perkins, for three counts of theft by taking. Sentenced to five years probation, a $1,500 fine and $246.75 restitution.

Peter Jon Santos, for criminal attempt to attempt theft by taking. Sentenced to five years probation and a $1,500 fine.

Tony Lamar Staples Jr. for disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 12 months probation, a $500 fine, $200 restitution and must attend anger management counseling.

Herbert Lynn Terry, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud or forgery. Sentenced to five years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Jerome Fitzgerald Hayes, for selling cocaine and giving false information to a law enforcement officer. Sentenced to two years in prison followed by three years probation.

George Michael Baynard Jr., for possession of cocaine and DUI. Sentenced to five years probation, a $2,350 fine.

Thomas Michael Tempera, for disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine.

David Griffin, for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Sentenced to eight years probation, a $2,000 fine and six months of electronic monitoring.

Patrice Holmes, for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Sentenced to two years in prison followed by three years probation.

Raymond Cay Nelson III, for possession of methamphetamine. Sentenced under the first offender act to three years probation and a $1,500 fine.

Oscar Olaya Martinez, for misdemeanor theft by shoplifting. Sentenced to 12 months probation and a $250 fine.

Stephen Leon Shaw, for possession of methamphetamine. Sentenced to five years probation, a $1,500 fine and must complete the intensive probation program.

Keith Sloan, for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Sentenced to six years probation, a $2,000 fine, must serve 60 days in jail, which will be suspended upon entry to a diversion center followed by one year of intensive probation.

Michael Parrish for possession of marijuana (more than one ounce). Sentenced to five years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Bridget Nesha Bailey, for misdemeanor theft by taking. Sentenced under the first offender act to 12 months probation and a $500 fine.

Brandon Keith Barnett, for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Sentenced under the first offender act to 12 months probation and a $500 fine.

William E. Flowers III, for possession of Alprazolam, possession of marijuana (more than one ounce) and driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to five years in prison followed by five years probation.

Michael Joseph Martin, for misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license and driving with an expired tag. Sentenced to 30 days in jail, a $500 fine and $232 restitution.

William Joseph McManama, for obstruction of a law enforcement officer. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $1,000 fine.

Rodney Glenn, for theft by shoplifting. Sentenced to seven years in prison.

Jerry Lee Hammond, for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Sentenced to two years in prison.

Joseph Dukes, for theft by shoplifting. Sentenced to five years in prison.

Joseph Anthony Fanuele, for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Sentenced to three years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Bobby Eugene Grant Jr., for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce), violation of license restrictions, driving a vehicle equipped with flashing blue lights and underage possession of alcohol. Sentenced under the first offender act to 12 months probation and a $750 fine.

Cynthia Marie Hampton, for theft by taking. Sentenced to five years probation, a $1,000 fine and $636.54 restitution.

Jeremy Alan Smith, for possession of marijuana (more than one ounce). Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Michael Edward Ford, for three counts of aggravated assault. Sentenced to five years probation, a $1,500 fine, must complete an intensive probation program and stay away from Harmony Village Apartments.

Nefretiri Holyfield, for cruelty to children in the first degree and possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation and a $2,150 fine.

Michael Lee Jefferson, for two counts of theft by taking. Sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Gregory Nelms, for computer trespassing. Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Robin Frederick Swan, for aggravated assault. Sentenced to 150-180 days in a detention center, a $2,000 fine and must complete intensive probation program.

Larry Milton Thompson III, for obstruction of a law enforcement officer and interference with a 911 call. Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation, a $1,500 fine and must attend an anger management course.

Michael Vincent Watkins, for burglary. Sentenced to three years in prison.

Robert McQueen, for financial identity fraud. Sentenced to five years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Djuan Montreal Hart, for forgery in the first degree and financial transaction card fraud. Sentenced to three years probation, a $1,500 fine and $250 restitution.

Ben Edward Banks Jr., for misdemeanor attempt to commit theft by taking. Sentenced to six months probation and a $500 fine.

Maziar Khoshro, for possession of methamphetamine. Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Rachel Vickers, for theft by taking. Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation, a $1,000 fine and $4,235 restitution.

Troy Matthew Chastine, for possession of diazepam and driving in violation of limited permit conditions. Sentenced under the first offender act to three years probation and a $1,700 fine.

Robert Chester Starr Jr., for possession of methamphetamine. Sentenced under the first offender act to three years probation and a $1,500 fine.

Justin Brooks Tilton, for possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced under the first offender act to three years probation.

Turhan Jamar Lamons, for forgery in the first degree. Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation and a $1.500 fine.

Sheryl Bradley Oeftering, for criminal attempt to traffick methamphetamine and possession of methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA). Sentenced to 10 years in prison and a $200,000 fine.

Chad Ray Humphries, for two counts of forgery in the first degree. Sentenced to five years probation, a $2,000 fine and $97.77 restitution.

Nicholas Todd Haney for theft by receiving a stolen motor vehicle. Sentenced to six months in prison followed by four years probation.

Allen Fitzgerald Sanders, for forgery in the first degree. Sentenced to four years in prison.

Javaris Deshon Steverson, for possession of marijuana (more than one ounce). Sentenced to five years probation, a $2,000 fine and must complete an intensive probation program.

Eldridge Berry Shelton, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Sentenced under the first offender act to three years probation (the first of which will be on intensive probation), six months in a detention center, a $2,000 fine and monthly drug testing.

Ronald Wayne Prior, for theft by shoplifting. Sentenced to seven years in prison.

Vickie Martin, for three counts of forgery in the first degree. Sentenced under the first offender act to five years probation and a $2,000 fine.

James Thomas Vogel, for two counts of theft by taking. Sentenced to 10 years probation, a $2,000 fine and $1,700 restitution.

Alexander J. Stephan, for child molestation (plead guilty but mentally ill). Sentenced to seven years in prison followed by three years probation and enrollment in a sexual offender treatment program.

Mark Anthony Owenby, for theft by taking. Sentenced to 12 months probation, a $500 fine and $2,000 restitution.

Anthony Malone Holley, for three counts of obstruction of a police officer and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Sentenced to two years in prison followed by three years probation and must continue mental health treatment.

Fredrick A. White for criminal attempt to commit theft by taking. Sentenced to 12 months probation, a $500 fine and 80 hours of community service.

Nicholas Ryan Skaggs, for reckless conduct. Sentenced to 12 months probation and a $250 fine.

Jonathan J. Landsted, for making terroristic threats and act, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, theft of services and criminal trespassing. Sentenced to two years in prison followed by three years probation.

Martha Karin Saul Ellis for criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 12 months probation and a $250 fine.
