Why is Lenox so angry?

Re: PTC's Captain Ahab and his white whale! The bottom line, how much money is this nonsense going to cost us?

Why is FORMER Mayor Lenox so angry? Brown is just a working parent like MOST of the rest of us. It is such a conflict to work and raise the children, but it does get done with a little help.

I am furious at his treatment of Brown. Poor guy, he had no idea what the kind of sharks he was up against!
