Edward Spencer Holley Jr., 18, for disorderly conduct. Myron Carson, 17, for theft by taking. Shana Reiven Oman, 28, for driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and a red light violation. Mercer Robert Buswell Jr., 36, for failure to appear in court. David Alan Ward, 42, for DUI and failure to maintain lane. Donna Kent Neal, 30, for one felony count of theft by taking. Phoneba Latrice Bennett, 29, for violation of probation. Don Kenneth Askew, 19, for two counts of violation of probation. Lequetta Cardell Birchfield, 22, for two counts of forgery. William Fredrick Jackson, 20, for failure to appear in court. Stephen Carl Fluegeman, 18, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Katie Dawn Kerlin, 18, for theft by shoplifting. Richard Brandon King, 17, for underage possession of alcohol. Adam W. Brooks, 17, for underage possession of alcohol and violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Cindy Ya Wong, 17, for underage possession of alcohol. Laura Jacquelyn Walther, 17, for underage possession of alcohol. Gigi Lynn Littleton, 38, for giving a false name to a police officer, forgery in the first degree, a red light violation and driving while declared a habitual violator.
