Inman UMC revival ends tonight

Tonight is the last night of Inman United Methodist Church's revival services at the Minter Farm in Inman. Heritage Christian plans gospel hymn sing Aug. 11

Heritage Christian Church will have a gospel hymn sing Sunday, Aug. 11, beginning at 5 p.m., a "gathering for people who love singing the old favorites." Heritage is at 2130 Redwine Rd., Fayetteville.

National Heights plans Wiffle ball game, cookout

FFBC to host vocal seminar

The Fayetteville First Baptist Church will host a vocal freedom seminar Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 12 and 13, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. The seminar is for any and all singers, would-be singers, and those wishing to improve their speaking voice. The cost is $25 per person in advance or $30 per person at the door. There is a $60 per family maximum limit. Flat Creek Fall Roundup is Aug. 25

Flat Creek Baptist Church will have its Fall Roundup Sunday, Aug. 25, from 4-7 p.m., featuring church ministry organization booths, food, and games for the whole family. Nativity schedules fall picnic Sept. 8

The Episcopal Church of the Nativity will have its annual fall picnic and Rally Day Sunday, Sept. 8, which will start immediately after the 10:30 a.m. morning service. Only one worship service will be held that day. Food, drink, fun and games will be the order of the day. Nativity is at 130 Antioch Rd., Fayetteville. First Presbyterian will host marriage seminar

The First Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City will have a marriage seminar Friday and Saturday, Sept. 13 and 14 at the church. Friday's session is from 7-9 p.m. and Saturday's session is from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The cost is $45 per couple and includes baby-sitting for children and lunch for adults. Parents are asked to pack a lunch for their children for the Saturday session. Registration forms are available at the church and paid reservations must be made by Sept. 6.
