Police Blotter
The following arrests were reported by the Fayetteville Police Department for the past week:
Wayne Robert Porter, 36, for failure to appear in court. Scott Alan Shellnut, 36, for DUI, driving without a license on person and driving with an open container of alcohol. Jacqueline Kelly, 68, for theft by taking. Gary Kinard Scott, 23, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act, carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a weapon without a permit. Samantha Dawn Padgett, 20, for underage possession of alcohol. Khawanda Chanta Gates, 24, for driving with a suspended license and interference with a police officer. Andrea Latoya Wright, 18, for theft by deception. Scotty Heath Sheffield, 29, for failure to appear in court. Gregory Cox Jr., 27, for violation of probation. Fran Dardy, 29, for theft by shoplifting. Albert Marpuri, 18, for theft by shoplifting. Scottie Darrell Ray, 25, for failure to appear in court. Andria D. Mercer, 34, for driving with a suspended license. Paul Douglas Jones, 47, for reckless conduct. Jimmie Lee White, 42, for violation of probation. James Foster Leverett Jr., 37, for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). James Dominey, 21, for driving with a suspended license and driving a vehicle with an unregistered tag.
