Business owners who want to learn how to get involved in the huge Hartsfield International Airport $5.4 billion expansion need to circle next Thursday on their calendar.

The City of Atlanta and Hartsfield are sponsoring "The Sky is the Limit" conference from 4-8 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency downtown.

The conference is free and allows prospective businesses a blueprint for how to possibly get some of the business from the expansion.

South Fulton Chamber Director John Boothby sent out a letter this week to his members urging them to attend the meeting.

"It's time for all of us to share in the upside of this expansion," he said.

Boothby said the expansion represents the biggest project done in the area in years and businesses need to use the opportunity wisely.

The conference features workshops such as insurance and bonding, marketing and contract compliance.

Attendees must register by July 22 and can call 404-526-9377 to reserve a place at the conference.
