Pine State Mortgage is open for business in Fayetteville Pine State Mortgage Corporation recently opened its13th branch located in Fayetteville, Georgia. The new branch, located at 120 Carnegie Place, Suite 102, is conveniently located in the triangle of the Fayette, Fulton and Clayton counties. The new branch is managed by Patricia (Pat) O'Hara Jenkins who comes to Pine State Mortgage with over 25 years of experience in the business. O'Hara has been in the finance industry for 25 years. Most recently, she was a senior loan officer with Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, formerly HomeSouth Mortgage for 13 years. O'Hara attended college at Georgia State University where she graduated with a degree in Business Administration. O'Hara is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia and currently resides with her husband Leonard Jenkins Jr. in Fayetteville. Joining O'Hara in the new branch are Leonard Jenkins Jr., Steve Ward, Paula Ward, Jennifer Gaddis, Jonelle Whitt, Shamayne Fuller, and Kay Ellen Morgan.
