Seminary has moved from inauspicious beginning to great success

The beginning was less than auspicious as 17 students gathered in a rented room on the campus of Robert Morris College, near Pittsburgh, on a cool morning in Sept. 1976 to form the first class of a new Episcopal seminary. The support for a new Episcopal seminary was practically non-existent

Video poker ruling emphsizes state's hypocrisy on gambling issues

As of last weekend, video poker machines are illegal in the state of Georgia. All of them were to be removed or destroyed by midnight Sunday night.

It pays for husbands to know what to do when the wife is out of town

The Wife told me the other day she was leaving me. As I caught my breath, she said, "Don't be a silly boy, I'll only be gone for six days. I'm going to see my mom and dad in West Virginia." The next morning after a hug and kiss, she left me and The Boy to fend for ourselves.
