Youth triathlon a resounding success
The 11th annual Peachtree City Youth Triathlon was held earleier ths month and was a gret success. Approximately 280 young athletes competed in this annual test of endurance. All of the contestants swam, biked and ran under beautiful, sunny skies. Thanks to the Peachtree City Recreatiion Department and the 120 volunteers, the race was run without incident. Shannon Smith; 3. Abby Birrell; Boys age 8; 1. Jonathan Crum, 2. Alan Kim, 3. Logan Williams; Girls age 9; 1. Miray Seward, 2. Sydney Currenti, 3. Kristi Williams; Boys age 9; 1. Andy Lucak, 2. Nathan Vassey, 3. Thomas Tuten, Girls age 10; 1. Pharan Evans, 2. Shannon Mehl, 3. Katie Roshelli; Boys age 10; 1. Davis Fraker, 2. David Fratto, 3. Blair Murphy. In Girls age 11 the winners were 1.
