Cash gets top honors

Brenda Cash of Tim Jones Realty been included in Communities Magazine's annual "Communities 100" listing of Atlanta's leading residential realtors, based on sales in 2001.

This year, the 16th year that the magazine has announced its "Communities 100," the publication is once again selecting the leading 100 agents in three categories: New Home Agents, Individual Agents and Team Agents.

Mrs. Cash, who was included in the section on New Home Agents, was recognized for over $6 million in sales during the past year. She markets Tim Jones Communities' homes in City Square in McDonough.

New Home Agents work for companies specializing in new home sales, representing builders and developers and usually selling only homes on-site within a particular community.

Individual Agents work for general brokerage companies. They list and sell both new homes and resales and work with buyers, sellers or builders. The companies for which these realtors work might sell new homes, but they do not restrict their work to any one area of home sales.

Team Agents work for general brokerage companies, and their sales represent the work of the realtors themselves along with other professionals contributing to their sales figures.
