Local TV program showcases homes

Assist 2 Sell's Coweta/Fayette "Showcase of Homes" 30-minute television program brings you industry news including local real estate statistics, housing market updates, tips for buyers and sellers plus local interviews and some of the finest properties for sale in Coweta and Fayette County.

"You'll view 40 to 50 properties from the comfort of your own home," said Gary Marshall, broker at Assist 2 Sell Buyer & Seller Realty Center and host for the program. Recent guests have included spokespersons for home inspectors, heating and air contractors, termite inspectors, mortgage lenders and Habitat for Humanity. Each program has interest to real estate agents and buyers and sellers of residential real estate.

"Television is a very powerful way to market your home," said Marshall. "We advertise all of our listings on television every day until they are sold."

The program is seen twice every day in Coweta County at 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Charter cable.
