Swan Lake sites going fast

Only 26 homesites remain available in The Woods @ Swan Lake, Meyer-Sutton Homes' lake and beach community in the Stockbridge area of Henry County.

Located on Swan Lake Drive, The Woods @ Swan Lake will be an exclusive, cozy community of 28 homes priced from the $130,000s. The builder is offering two-story, ranch and split foyer plans in the three and four-bedroom homes.

The large one-acre plus homesites are in heavily-wooded countryside, and some basement lots are available. Exteriors of the homes feature brick and stone accents.

"This is a community where homebuyers can discover a lifestyle where they can have it all: location, style and affordability," said Penny Mapp-Hay of City Realty Inc., the marketing agency for The Woods @ Swan Lake.

The community is in the school district served by Stockbridge High, a 2002 Georgia School of Excellence, Stockbridge Middle School and Cotton Indian Elementary School.

More information about The Woods @ Swan Lake can be obtained by calling 770-808-3174 or by visiting the model home.
