Fayette republicans to host candidate forum The Fayette County Republican Party, in conjunction with the Coweta County Republican Party, will be hosting a forum with the republican candidates for lieutenant governor. The forum will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2002, at the Gathering Place in Peachtree City, beginning at 8:30 a.m. All three candidates, Al Bartell, Mike Beatty, and Steve Stancil, will be in attendance.
