Perimeter Center will play host to over 200 artists from around the nation this weekend when they host the Atlanta National Art Festival.

Whether your interest is ceramics, photography, painting, jewelry or something else entirely, chances are you will find something that catches your eye. Festival organizers estimate that there will be over $15 million in artwork on display. In addition to the exhibits there will be live musical entertainment and great food. Musicians playing throughout the weekend will be steel drummer Doug Walker, keyboardist/vocalist Kayte Wolf and sitarist Stephen Mikes.

The Atlanta National Art Festival will also have every artist that is displaying work at the show to answer questions and discuss their work and inspiration. One local artist who will be present is sculptor Elliot Hubbard, whose sculptures are a sensation in the art collector's world.

Perimeter Center is located opposite Perimeter Mall and admission to the festival is free. The Atlanta National Art Festival will take place Saturday and Sunday, June 8 and 9 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Phone 954-472-3755 or visit www.artfestival.com for more information on exhibitors and the show itself.
