Thanks for good food, Foodie fillet Sadly, Bruce Scott of the Famous Fish Company nailed it when he filleted F.C. Foodie's review. F.C. does not appear to be qualified to be a food critic, unless it is for McDonald's, Hardees, Krystal and Krispy Kreme (I have enjoyed eating at all of these at times). He does not seem to grasp the nuances of a dining experience like that offered at the Famous Fish Company. Congratulations, Mr. Scott, for offering us two services: Fine food in a pleasant surrounding and "skewering" the irreverent Foodie person (I was going to go for the alliteration value and write The Foodie Fellow but it may in fact be the Foodie Female). A food critic should be in his or her 30s, at least, and have experienced a wide spectrum of dining experiences. His palate should range beyond Georgia fare. Sure, finances are a consideration, but a nice dining experience is something to treasure. My thanks to Mr. Scott and to Pascal of Pascal's Bistro for providing us with so wonderful options. And, thank you, Cal, for publishing Mr. Scott's comments. He should get more customers out of it as it showed that his bottom line is in his customer's satisfaction. Rob Taylor Tyrone
