Partners II Pizza plans a late summer homecoming' in Coweta County A fixture in Peachtree City since 1977, Partners II Pizza will soon bring back its award-winning pizza creations to Newnan. The new 4,900 sq.ft. restaurant, scheduled to open in August, will be located in the Market Square at SummerGrove, one of Atlanta's largest and best-selling master-planned communities. During the mid 1980s, Partners leased space in a former Pizza Hut building in Newnan, but when Pizza Hut noticed Partner' thriving business, the company bought back the lease and reopened another Pizza Hut. Jim and Marilyn Royal, owners of Partners, say its great to be back in Newnan and believe Coweta County is a prime location for their second restaurant. "We have looked at many locations around the area and found the SummerGrove Market Square met all of our needs--from its unique setting to its surrounding population numbers," explains Jim Royal. Royal also notes that at this location, the company will be able to to reach all of Coweta County with its unique pizza menu. Pat Heaberg, Pathway Communities vice president of commercial and industrial development, believes Partners is a perfect fit for the SummerGrove Market Square.
