Since
1978 the Peachtree Road Race finish area has been in Piedmont Park.
The world's largest 10K road race annually attracts 55,000 runners including
everyone from some of the most elite to those who are content to walk
the course. But all will be affected by the course change this year
forced by ongoing construction in the park. What will these changes
entail and how will the thousands of participants cope with them?
