Prince of Peace God Squad to present musicals

The "God Squad" youth choir at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Fayetteville will present two Christian musicals Saturday, June 1, at 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. at the church's Life Center. Dinner is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. between performances. Youth groups in the area are issued a special invitation to attend. Prince of Peace is on Ga. Hwy. 314 between Lowe's and The Pavilion in Fayetteville.

Christ Our Shepherd offers healing service

A service of Healing and Prayer will be held Monday, June 3, at 7 p.m. at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City and will include scripture, music, communion and laying on of hands with anointing for those who desire it. The service is geared toward reflection and intercession for anyone going through difficult times or those who know someone who is. All are invited, no matter what their church affiliation, especially those without a church home. For more information, call the church office, 770-487-8717.

Nondenominational Bible study offered

A 10-week, in-home, video-workbook Bible study by Beth Moore will be offered each Monday evening beginning June 3. St. Andrew's welcomes UK's Consul-General

St. Andrew's in-the-Pines Episcopal Church will welcome guest speaker Michael Bates, Consul-General of the United Kingdom, as members celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, Sunday, June 9, at 2 p.m. A reception will follow. The public is invited to attend. St. Andrew's is at 316 Peachtree Pkwy. North, Peachtree City.
