The Gaddy School graduates first class The newest real estate school in Peachtree City celebrated its first appraisal graduation class earlier this month. In order to graduate from The Gaddy School, students had to complete 90 hours of class study and pass a series of four examinations. The classes are offered at the school Mondays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. for six weeks. The new graduates are now eligible to file an application with the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board, become classified as registered real property appraisers and begin careers as real estate appraisers. The school also offers a full schedule of real estate pre-licensing classes, taught in both the day and evening, as well as continuing education classes for both real estate agents and real estate appraisers. The school is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board.
