Thanks to Brown for stands

Mayor Brown, thank you for again standing up for the citizens you represent and risking popular opinion by trying to persuade Peachtree City Council to commit taxpayers to a lesser dollar option for necessary amenities at the air show.

The citizens will once again foot the bill for this entertainment in PTC and not likely wallow in the fruits of its success. All agree it's a wonderful event but let's not fool ourselves into thinking that PTC citizens should bow down, lay out the red carpet and be thankful for paying the tab.

All politicians take notes from Mayor Brown and learn how to appreciate the working stiffs who allow these events to take place. The citizens are paying attention to politicians that try to represent them correctly.

Mayor Brown, although no one is perfect, we appreciate your efforts! Keep trying! Thank you for letting our young people know that not all politicians have their own personal agenda of consuming themselves with their own popularity, financial success, and future political aspirations.
