Northern Arc is a tax siphon

I agree with the mayor Citizens all over Georgia should be outraged as the Northern Arc will siphon off needed highway funds for the rest of Georgia.

We live up within 2 to 3 miles to the proposed route, and citizens up here see NO benefit. Newspapers all over Georgia should run this article to inform the "rest of Georgia" of the waste of the tax dollars.
